Latest to jump on the bandwagon, Sedo.com. Now before you get all excited about them getting rid of their, er … “plain” landers and “extremely limited” choice of photos, sorry to say those are still there. But this update does bring some two interesting new optimization features to the table.
The first is customization for international visitors. Sedo has always been strong in regards to selling and monetizing non-English domain names. Capitalizing on this, they’ve gone one step further and added the ability to set different keywords for different countries/languages. You can even set lists of related links on a per-country basis! The potential benefits to this should be obvious – set English keywords for your English-speaking visitors, German keywords for those from German speaking countries, etc.
Which brings us to the other new optimization option – the ability to configure your own “related keywords” links! That’s right – no longer are you stuck with the standard (and unimaginative) links like “MP3, Music, Loans, Business, Jobs” for your Baby Products domains. A very welcome change indeed!
